  1. ZIP Converter 2.8 converts ZIPs to version 
  2. 2.04 format, using maximum compression.  It 
  3. can be used on both hard and floppy drives to 
  4. convert 1.x ZIPs to 2.04 format or to 
  5. recompress all ZIPs which were not created 
  6. with PKZIP 2.04's maximum compression 
  7. algorithm.  ZIP comments can be saved, 
  8. removed or added.  Volume labels will be 
  9. preserved.
