  5. be  a "News Flash!", a bit of important
  6. news and/or information, which needs to
  7. be made  available to the users of your
  8. BBS quickly.   The data file containing
  9. your  news text is  easily  created, by
  10. utilizing a  command  line  option, and
  11. simply following the instructions which
  12. are displayed  on the  screen.   TriBNF
  13. generates  both  ANSI and MONO  screens
  14. which  contain  the text  of your "News
