  1. FLength 2.0 - Checks TriBBS file lists to
  2. see if a file's length has changed.  If so,
  3. it will modify the length in the file listing
  4. and optionally modify the file's date.  This
  5. version provides compatibility with TriBBS
  6. 5.01+ binary file list format.
