  3.                             PETITION TO CONGRESS
  4.                          FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES
  5.  
  6.     We the People  hereby declare that  all beings are  created equal,
  7.     that we the People are  protected by our rights under  the Supreme
  8.     Law of  the Land,  the U.S.  Constitution, do  hereby declare  our
  9.     Ninth Amendment Rights; and
  10.  
  11.     We, the people of the States united, hereby petition U.S. Congress
  12.     assembled, persuant to the First Amendment of the Constitution for
  13.     the United States, for redress of the following grievances:
  14.  
  15.     WHEREAS the United  States of America  is currently suffering  the
  16.     evil effects of a fraudulently imposed, heavy and progressive fed-
  17.     eral income tax, and an irredeemable fiat money unlawfully  issued
  18.     by an unconstitional central bank; and,
  19.  
  20.     WHEREAS the Congress of the United States and the legislatures  of
  21.     the several States are either unable or unwilling to  forthrightly
  22.     address  these  concerns  within  the  limits of the United States
  23.     Constitution and the Constitutions of the several States; and
  24.  
  25.     WHEREAS We the people  of the United States  have the duty to  our
  26.     Creator to  reform, change  or resist  the acts  of our government
  27.     when it becomes  destructive of the  ends for which  it was organ-
  28.     ized; and
  29.  
  30.     WHEREAS We the people require the knowledge needed to  effectively
  31.     deal with the problems at hand and to change or reform our govern-
  32.     ment accordingly, in order to avoid chaos and anarchy; and
  33.  
  34.      NOW THEREFORE:
  35.  
  36.      Be it resolved that the demands of we the People are as follows:
  37.  
  38.     1. The repeal of the income tax in its entirety; The abolition of 
  39.        the agency known as the Internal Revenue Service;
  40.  
  41.     2. The  replacement of  the federal  income tax  with a  system of
  42.        taxation within  the classes  of imposts,  excises and  duties,
  43.        while promoting the restoration of State sovereignty;
  44.  
  45.     3. The  repeal of  the "Federal"  Reserve Act  and all  subsequent
  46.        legislation authorizing or empowering  a central bank.   We the
  47.        People want  the "Federal"  Reserve Bank  audited.   Since they
  48.        conducted theft by  operating an entity  that is illegal  under
  49.        the U.S. Constitution, we need an accurate accounting of  their
  50.        assets.  We the People want those applicable assets seized  and
  51.        placed into the  U.S. Treasury.   We want the  stockholders and
  52.        including  the  Board  of  Governors  of  this  illegal  entity
  53.        prosecuted.

  60.     We  the  People  demand  that  House legislation be introduced and
  61.     passed, then  continued over  to the  Senate for  confirmation and
  62.     eventual approval by the Sitting President of the United States:
  63.  
  64.     To  AMEND  the  Federal  Reserve Act in order to  secure  for  the
  65.     American people their right to Life, Liberty and Property,  and to
  66.     provide  for  them a Constitutionally accurate,  sound,  safe  and
  67.     honest  medium of exchange,  that their endeavors in  agriculture,
  68.     industry and commerce may prosper.

  70.                        SUPPORTING STATEMENT & REMEDY
  71.  
  72.     Under the present monetary system, our medium of exchange [Federal
  73.     Reserve Note "Dollars"]  is created and loaned into circulation in
  74.     exchange for a claim on real wealth. These loans require repayment
  75.     of the face value [principle] plus interest. However, the "Federal
  76.     Reserve  Note  "Dollars"  needed  to pay the  interest  are  never
  77.     created.  This means that it is mathematically impossible to repay
  78.     the  total  indebtedness,  resulting  in foreclosure  on  personal
  79.     property. This is the direct cause of the above listed grievances.

  81.     WHEREFORE, we the  undersigned who are  We the People  of America,
  82.     demand for relief, that  you, the Congress assembled,  restructure
  83.     the National monetary system  or concepts thereof, as  proposed by
  84.     the Christian Party, Tax &  Money Reform Committee and the  Coali-
  85.     tion for Tax & Money Reform, Monetary Reform Committee; said  bill
  86.     having already been hand delivered to the desk of each Congressman
  87.     and Senator abolishing the  IRS and eliminating the  personal fed-
  88.     eral income tax and return to generating Constitutional revenue.

  90.     WE THE PEOPLE DO NOT  consider these petitions a request,  but in-
  91.     deed, a demand from  We the People to  you OUR SERVANTS, sworn  to
  92.     uphold the  Constitution of  the United  States.   The FED and the
  93.     personal income tax  are in direct  violation of the  U.S. Consti-
  94.     tution and We the People will no longer tolerate this violation of
  95.     our rights.

  97.     If the  House of  Representatives does  not, within  30 days after
  98.     Redress of Congress and presentation of these petitions,  announce
  99.     these demands will be implemented, we will be forced to resort  to
  100.     any and all the resources open  to us starting with filing a  Com-
  101.     plaint in  Federal Court  against the  U.S. Congress, stockholders
  102.     and Board of Governors of the FED under the rights retained To the
  103.     People by the 1st, 5th, 10th and 13th Amendments to the U.S.  Con-
  104.     stitution & 42 USC 1792, 1983, 1985 and 1986. In addition, we will
  105.     immediately take available legal  remedies against each member  of
  106.     the Congress under  certain provisions as  provided for in  Common
  107.     Law procedures.

  116.     We the People expect this conversion process of the monetary  sys-
  117.     tem to  begin within  the earliest  possible time  frame. The same
  118.     shall occur  regarding announcement  that the  IRS shall  cease to
  119.     exist and  the personal  income tax  stop. Audit  of the "FED" and
  120.     legal action  against the  Board of  Governors and  Alan Greenspan
  121.     shall begin as soon as  the Attorney General of the  United States
  122.     can prepare the paperwork. No gridlock will be acceptable.
