  7.     If you are making or attempting to make a profit by providing services
  8.     including but not limited to the transfering of files or messages, and
  9.     will be using UpCheck in this enviroment,  then you are subject to the
  10.     "Commercial Licence".

  12.     If registering a commercial system with 3 lines or less, then the cost
  13.     for registration is $15.  If registering a commercial system with 4 to
  14.     20 lines, then the registration cost is $25.  For systems running more
  15.     than 20 lines, please inquire about a special pricing for your system.

  20.     If you  do not fall into the the  above "Commercial System" definition
  21.     then the cost for registration is $10.
