RATick is a new TIC file processor especially designed for use with Remote
Access BBS s/w. RaTick reads the TIC file, moves the files to designated
directory, then calls RAFILE to import the descriptions from the TIC file
into Rafile database.
FEATURES:

RaTick will ...
+ Move incoming file echo files to the designated directory.
+ Optionally delete used TIC files.
+ Optionally stamp the incoming files with the current date.
+ Import Filenames and descriptions into RABBS filebase.
+ Optionally for import *.DIZ and *.SDI file instead of
the .TIC file description. (... if registered.)
+ Replace files designated by TIC files. (... if registered.)
+ Log all its activity to RATICK.LOG.
+ Use the AreaName or "RATICK" for the "Uploaded By" field.
+ Work with TIC hubbing software such as TICK.

CONFIGURATION:
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
RaTick will process upto 115 file echo areas. Information on these areas
is stored in RATICK.CFG. The format for this file is explained in the
example provided. Simply edit it to the specifications for your system.
1. Make a directory for RATICK.
2. Edit the RATICK.CFG file following the commented instructions.
+ An alternate config file may be specified on the command line.
e.g. RATICK MYCFG.CFG
+ RATICK.CFG is the default and will be used if no other file
is specified.
! The limit per cfg file is 115 areas !
*3. Make certain that the RA environment variable is set.
e.g. Set RA = C:\RA
Or set it to the directory name on your system. RATICK will barf
if this is not set properly.
4. Make certain that RAFILE.EXE is in the same directory specified by
the RA environment variable. (i.e. with all the RA.EXE file!)
OPERATION:
^^^^^^^^^^
Ratick is SIMPLE to use. Just run it (by typing RATICK). No parameters
are necessary! Everything is specified in the RATICK.CFG file.
