  10.         The Shareware evaluation (trial use) version is provided AS IS.
  11.         RiverBend SoftWare MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR
  12.         IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF
  13.         MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR FROM
  14.         A USERS ABILITY, OR INABILITY TO USE GolfLog.

  16.                        REGISTERED VERSION ONLY WARRANTY:

  18.         RiverBend SoftWare warrants the physical diskette(s) provided
  19.         with registered versions to be free of defects in materials and
  20.         workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of
  21.         registration.  If RiverBend SoftWare receives notification
  22.         within the warranty period of defects in materials or
  23.         workmanship, and such notification is determined by RiverBend
  24.         SoftWare to be correct, RiverBend SoftWare will replace the
  25.         defective diskette(s).

  27.         The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this
  28.         Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective
  29.         diskette(s) and shall not include or extend to any claim for or
  30.         right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to,
  31.         loss of profit, data, or use of the software, or special,
  32.         incidental, or consequential damages or other similar  claims,
  33.         even if RiverBend SoftWare has been specifically advised of
  34.         the possibility of such damages.  In no event will RiverBend
  35.         SoftWare's liability for any damages to you or any other person
  36.         ever exceed the lower of suggested list price or actual price
  37.         paid for the license to use the software, regardless of any form
  38.         of the claim.
