  11. Goldmine Goal Setter is not public domain or free software.

  14. Registered Usage.
  15. A registered copy of Goldmine Goal Setter may not be used on 
  16. more than one computer at a time.

  19. Limited ShareWare Licence.
  20. Users are granted a limited licence to use the Unregistered 
  21. ShareWare version of Goldmine Goal Setter for a limited 
  22. evaluation period of up to 30 days, in order to determine if 
  23. it suits their needs. Any other use of Goldmine Goal Setter 
  24. or use past this period requires registration. Otherwise, 
  25. continued usage is illegal.

  27. All users are granted a limited licence to copy the ShareWare 
  28. version of Goldmine Goal Setter only for the purpose of 
  29. allowing others to try it, subject to the above restrictions 
  30. as well as those listed below.

  33. Distribution.
  34. Goldmine Goal Setter must be distributed in absolutely 
  35. unmodified form, including all program, documentation, and 
  36. other files.

  38. Goldmine Goal Setter may not be included with any other product
  39. for any reason whatsoever without a licence from Goldmine 
  40. Systems.

  42. No charge or payment may be levied or accepted for Goldmine 
  43. Goal Setter.

  46. Bulletin Board Systems.
  47. Bulletin Board System operators may post the unregistered, 
  48. ShareWare version of Goldmine Goal Setter on their BBS for 
  49. downloading by their users if the above conditions are met, 
  50. and if no special fee is necessary to access the Goldmine 
  51. Goal Setter files, (although a general fee to access the BBS
  52. is acceptable).

  55. ShareWare Distributors.
  56. Distributors of ShareWare and Public Domain software must 
  57. follow the above conditions.

  60. Goldmine Goal Setter Registration Information.
  61. Registering (buying) Goldmine Goal Setter allows you to use 
  62. the product after the trial period. Registered Goldmine Goal 
  63. Setter users get mailed a password protected version of the 
  64. latest release.

  66. Goldmine Goal Setter Registration Fees.
  67. For low income earners:            $10;
  68. For medium income earners:     $30;
  69. For high income earners:          $50.
  70. PLUS $5 postage and handling charge.
  71. Fees are quoted in Australian dollars.

  73. Higher registration fees, based on your perception of 
  74. Goldmine Goal Setter's value and usefulness, are welcomed.

  76. Payment may be in the form of a personal cheque or money 
  77. order in your local currency.

  80. the registration order form which can be printed from 
  81. Goldmine Goal Setter's Registration screen.

  83. Previously registered owners of Goldmine Goal Setter may use 
  84. upgraded versions at no additional charge, apart from a $5 
  85. shipping charge.

  89. Payment may be in the form of a personal cheque or money 
  90. order in your local currency, being the equivalent of the 
  91. Australian dollars quoted above.
