  4. With this software package I have attempted to identify many of the most important fields of
  5. information to be stored for the people you associate with.
  6.  
  7. One of the prime benefits of this application is the ability to display a .gif or .pcx file of the
  8. person on your screen.  You have heard about this type of information management tool on
  9. the desks of major CEO's, you have seen the advertisements, now you have it on your own
  10. PC.  Investing in a scanner is probably your next step.
  11.  
  12. Sending the $10.00 registration fee will provide you with a version that prints one up, 4 by
  13. 15/16ths.  (Fairly standard!)  In addition, you will also be able to print out profiles of
  14. persons in the system.

  16. Use of the system is fairly self explanatory.  Enter the data in the appropriate fields and
  17. move to the next screen by clicking the NEXT PAGE button at the bottom of the screen. 
  18. Upon completion of entering all the data return to the first screen (base page) and click on
  19. OKAY.  You will be returned back to the list of names.

  21. To see the graphic work, type in the Graphic Name field the name of a .pcx or .gif file. 
  22. Click on VIEW GRAPHIC and on the screen should be displayed the graphic.  If the screen
  23. is just blank, then the file was not found.  If the file looks distorted, then scan it at a better
  24. rate.  640 by 350-400 should be good.

  26. Yes, the .exe is fairly hefty in size, but it had to be to handle the graphics stuff.

  28. Yes, fields may be considered for addition in future versions.  Submissions are encouraged
  29. and accepted.
