  6.       This command will display the just incoming files.

  10.       At huge and fast BBS sometimes is necessary to know the just incoming
  11.       files before they will be posted to the upload.lst, e.g. not to waste
  12.       time with double U/L or maybe to be faster with files as other nodes.
  13.       This PPE2 shows you all incoming files, the username, starttime and CPS.
  14.       The feature LOC means the just incoming uploads doing by SYSTEM itself.
  15.       If any LOC uploads are running, the kind of software will be displayed
  16.       instead of USER name, e.g. PC/MAC/AMIGA/SNES/SEGA
