  5. There seems to be a problem with the "sub-topic" menu prompt not displaying
  6. the proper choices [1-xx] and I can't figure out what is causing it.  Changed
  7. the code a bit and it seems to work now at least on my BBS.

  9. Tried to make up for Gannett Media's poor HEADERS.USA file - they seem to
  10. like to include topics more than once when not actually available.  Like
  11. I said in the docs a future version of this PPL will no longer use their
  12. HEADERS.USA file since they don't seem to get it right and will build an
  13. index from the actual subject.usa files and get it 100% accurate.
