  5. @X0E          USAToday Decisionline PPL provides an online interface for
  6.           Gannett New Media's USA Today Decisionline Update daily
  7.           news (c).

  9.           The online interface provides two different menus, the
  10.           first being the Main Menu having 18 different topics to
  11.           chose from.  Once a topic is selected a Sub Menu is
  12.           displayed showing various headlines within that category.
  13.           Once a headline is chosen the article itself is displayed
  14.           to the user.  Upon finishing the article the Sub Menu is
  15.           again displayed allowing the user to select a different
  16.           headline or to "go back" to the Main Menu and select a
  17.           new main topic.
