  8.         @X0BH   Help.  @X03This command will allow you to view the help file that
  9.             you are currently viewing.

  11.         @X0BQ   Quit.  @X03This command will quit TAB and return you back to the
  12.             Main Menu.

  14.         @X0BR   Relist.  @X03This command will re-list your address book starting
  15.             from record #1. Hitting <Enter> by itself will also do this.

  17.         @X0BN   Next Page.  @X03This command will continue displaying the next
  18.             page (If there are any more entries) of entries in your
  19.             address book.

  21.         @X0BV   View Description Toggle.  @X03This option will toggle the displaying
  22.             of descriptions ON or OFF.   When the description toggle is off
  23.             (Not displaying descriptions), TAB will display the *full*
  24.             address entries. (i.e. If you had an address 45 characters in
  25.             length, it will display it in full)

  27.         @X0BA   Auto Record.  @X03This option will allow you to toggle the
  28.             'Auto-Record' mode ON of OFF.  If Auto-Record mode is toggled
  29.             ON, TAB will automatically memorize the addresses you enter
  30.             and add them to your address book.  If toggled OFF, TAB will
  31.             not add the address that has been entered.
