  17. ;         installation, all users will be given this ammount of points
  18. ;         the first time they sign-on after the install is complete.

  20. ;         100 then all user could download 10 megs before running out
  21. ;         of file points.
  22. ;LINE 4 = This is like line 2 except it is used to calculate how much
  23. ;         "upload credit" will be given to the uploader immediatlly 
  24. ;         after the upload is complete. So a user with not enough points
  25. ;         for a download could upload first then download.
  26. ;LINE 5 = Is the COMMISSION granted to the UPLOADER when a file is
  27. ;         downloaded. The is just a number, no percent sign! 
  28. ;         Example: If this line is 50 and the file downloaded cost
  29. ;         14 points, the uploader would recieve 7 file points.
  30. ;         This is an excellant incentive to get the popular warez
