  10. Line 1 is the number of ansi files that it chooses randomly, names as 
  11. LOCKOUT.1, LOCKOUT.2, LOCKOUT.3,...ect.., with (of course) the highest
  12. extension matching this number...(i.e. if you have LOCKOUT.1 through 
  13. LOCKOUT.15, line #1 would be 15)..

  15. Line 2 is the time (in seconds) to pause before hanging up, after 
  16. displaying the ansi..

  18. Line 3 (Y or N) tells if you want a message left when a locked out user 
  19. attempts to log on (Y or N)

  22. LINES 4-6 ARE ONLY USED WHEN THE MESSAGE IS ENABLED (When line 3 is Y)

  25. Line 4 is who the mail should go to when a locked out user tries to logon
  26. (usually sysop)

  30. Line 6 is the message security. Must be R (Reciever only) or N (None).
