Filename : CHATCMD.PPE
Installation: This PPE should be replaced by records #178 and #179 of your
PCBTEXT file. To do this:
In your PCBTEXT directory, type the following:
MKPCBTXT PCBTEXT.<ext> /I:178 "!C:\PCB\PPE\WHO\CHATCMD.PPE"
MKPCBTXT PCBTEXT.<ext> /I:179 "!C:\PCB\PPE\WHO\CHATCMD.PPE"
The <ext> should be replaced by the PCBTEXT extension. The
distributed CHATCMD.PPE will execute the PCBWHO.PPE in the
*current directory* whenever the user types "WHO" at the
Chat command prompt.
Description : This PPE is to be used in conjunction with PCBWHO.
Previously, if a user typed in "CHAT", entered the Chat
command prompt and typed "WHO", they were displayed with
the *actual* internal PCBoard WHO display.
Now, this PPE will execute and take effect. If the user
types WHO at the Chat command prompt, it will execute
PCBWHO.PPE in the PPE's current directory. Thus, the user
will never know the lurking node is online, unless there's
somewhere else PCBoard displays the online nodes.. (?) If
so, please let me know.
Alter this program as you need, but please don't
re-distribute it without the PCBWHO release.
