  8.     -ADDED  Support has been added for multi-lingual usage.  LOGSIREN will 
  9.             now look for a language specific version of the file SIRENTXT.      
  10.             If a language specific version is not found, it will default to
  11.             SIRENTXT.  There are 3 prompts in this file.  The first two lines
  12.             are display prompts which can be replaced with a PPE or a display
  13.             file.  The third is a prompt that gets logged to the caller's 
  14.             log.
