  67. Method 1: INSTANT on-line Registration (via Credit Card)

  71.   You  may register ON-LINE with your charge card and receive
  72.   an IAB registration number INSTANTLY on the same call!

  77.   Type: IABREG  at the main menu prompt, and follow the instructions.
