  8.         please read the INSTALL.DOC.  Also, after unarchiving every archive
  9.         within the EDSBack archive (PPE.ZIP, DISPLAY.ZIP, DATA.ZIP, HELP.ZIP,
  10.         and DOCS.ZIP), please read the file EDSBACK.DOC in its entirety.

  12.         If upgrading, please read the UPDATE.DOC and read the HISTORY files.
