* Purpose - Displays .BMP images *
* Author - Pete Graszer *

* *
* Before BMPVIEW1 can run DLL file VROBJ.DLL must be put into *
* your LIBPATH. The LIBPATH variable is defined in your *
* OS/2 CONFIG.SYS file. Any changes to your CONFIG.SYS file *
* will require you to re-boot. *
* VROBJ.DLL must accompany this program in order for it to *
* execute properly. *
*********************************************************************
* *
* BMPVIEW1.exe is for displaying BMP images under OS/2 2.x. *
* It was created using VX-REXX version 1.01 patch level c. *
* *
* To use BMPVIEW1 simply execute it under an OS/2 window. *
* When the program loads you will see a dialog message from *
* me, simply click 'OK' and it's gone. You'll see an entry *
* field to your right. If "C:\OS2\BITMAP" is not your current *
* BMP path (where you keep all your BMP's) just click on the *
* entry field and change it. *
* *
* Right under the current path is another field. If you click *
* on the arrows to the right of the field you will see your *
* BMP's read in. Click on the BMP that you want to VIEW and *
* select "VIEW". *
* *
* VIEW will display your image in the BMP window. To see *
* another image just select it from your BMP list and VIEW *
* again. *
* *
* EXIT does just that, exit's you out of the program. *
* *
* DELETE will allow you to delete an unwanted BMP. *
* (This feature is for registered users only.) *
* *
* REGISTERED USERS: IF you reigister BMPVIEW1 please include *
* the following info. and I'll "Customize" your registered *
* version. *
* *
* DEFAULT BMP PATH: ie: "C:\OS2\BITMAP" *
* DEFAULT BMP: The BMP you would like to have execute at *
* start-up. I can also leave this blank. *
* *
* By the way: If your path was :C:\OS2\BITMAP" and you *
* have OS2LOGO.BMP in that path it should *
* have executed on start-up. *
* *
* If you have ANY comments, suggestions etc. Please feel *
* free to drop me a line. *
