  11. Line 1 - Contains data for your first membership level.  The commas are
  12.          delimiters separateing data elements.

  14.    The first element 71 is the new security level
  15.  
  16.    The second element 90 is the amount of days to be added to the membership
  17.  
  18.    The third element 1 is the number if Subscription ID (SID) Numbers required
  19.    for this level.

  21.    The forth element is what will be displayed on the door menu.  Enclose
  22.    the test in quotation marks.  The text is limited to 40 characters.
