A simple control used to modify the transient response and  maintain steady state accuracy (to a certain degree)  between the Setpoint Value and the Feedback signal.  In some situations, the output signal may require limiting.  This is accomplished by adding a limit block between the multiplier block and the output tab and setting the limit appropriately.
