  5.        Recipe Card 1.0 is a shareware product. It may be freely copied
  6.        and distributed for evaluation as long as 1.) all files and
  7.        documentation are not modified in any way, and 2.) a copy of this
  8.        documentation is provided with the program, and 3.) no charge,
  9.        other than a media and handling charge when copied, and 4.) users
  10.        of this program purchase a license for its use.

  14.        Please note that if you purchased a disk containing this software
  15.        from a public domain/shareware software distributor, you have paid
  16.        the media and handling charges as permitted above.  You have not
  17.        purchased a license or registered this product with Premiere Soft-
  18.        ware.  Purchasing a license and registering this product is required
  19.        for its use.
