  114. Pratas Island - Preparations are proceeding for a 10 day expedition,
  115. starting 16 March, with 14 operators.  It is not known if RTTY will be
  116. used.  Details are expected to be released this week.  Since this is
  117. not a DXCC country, WFWL.
  118.  
  119. A group from the radio amateur society of Thailand (RAST), led by
  120. Chamlong, HS1AAM, will operate as E28DX from Kho Samui Island (AS-101)
  121. from 8-10 April 1994.  The island is 600 km south of Bangkok.  They
  122. will operate RTTY, CW, SSB, FM, AMTOR, and Packet.  Bands will be
  123. 2-160 meters (no WARC).  Other operators will be HS1CDX, HS0/G3NOM,
  124. and HS0/G4UAV.  Foreign licensed amateurs with DXpedition experience,
  125. especially in the IOTA field, are invited to participate in the
