  16.        If you are a programmer, please send me the programs that you
  17.        have written, and they will be hatched into the network.  Here
  18.        are a "FEW" guidelines that I ask you to follow:

  20. 1) This is Your program and/or you have permission from the author to 
  21.    distribute the program(s).
  22.  
  23. 2) A good one line description letting us know what it is and what
  24.    version/s of RemoteAccess it will work with.
  25.  
  26. 3) Try to not make it too crippled.  I know that this is a large
  27.    battling topic but heck, you all have to make it somewhere so we will
  28.    let some things be crippled.  They must not be too crippled. Examples
  29.    follow:

  31.         a) ONLY the EXTRA features can be crippled not vital parts of your 
  32.            program.
  33.         b) It must run indefinitely unregistered, ie. doesn't blow up
  34.            after 30 days if you don't register it.
  35.         c) Must be fully documented, with or without registration.
  36.         
  37. If you are not sure if your program will be considered crippled or not just
  38. netmail me and ask, and I will let you know promptly.

  40. 4) Along with your program, please send me a list of the features that
  41.    don't work without registration as well as any other crippling parts
  42.    that it has.

  44. 5) Lastly, RADist will only release 1 version a month, unless it is a
  45.    MAJOR bug fix.  This way it cuts down on the long distance calls from
  46.    a system to get a color change in the menu.

  50. ARJ is the archiver of choice for RADIST and will be used unless
  51. specially requested otherwise.  If an author's security envelope is
  52. placed on an archive, it will remain in place.  If a ZIP/LZH archive is
  53. used and has a security envelope, it will remain as it is.  BBS ads will
  54. be removed from all archives.
