  11. The text of the NPRM in PR Docket 93-305, dealing with the
  12. Commission's proposed Vanity Call Sign program, is available
  13. electronically on the following services: CompuServe, America
  14. Online, BIX and NVN (National Video Network). The file is named
  15. "VANITY" on these services.

  17. The file is also available on the Internet from the ARRL information
  18. server. Send a message to "infoarrl.org" with the following (and
  19. only the following) in the text of your message: "SEND FCC-93-305".
  20. If you want to find out more about the info server, put only the
  21. word "HELP" in the text of your message.

  23. If you have Internet ftp capability, the file is available in the
  24. /pub/hamradio/ARRL file area on world.std.com (file name is
  25. FCC-93-305).
