  6.               The above file contains the names of 1,093 witnesses
  7.     to marriages that took place in SUSSEX U.K.
  8.  
  9.               It is a text file and can be copied to your printer by
  10.     giving the DOS command UKWITxxx.TXT PRN. Where xxx stands for the
  11.     Chapman County Code for the County file concerned.
  12.  
  13.               Alternatively if searching the file for your names, you
  14.     would do best to use one of the Commercial / Public Domain programs
  15.     such as TS.COM or LIST.COM as each entry has three different names in
  16.     it. Alternatively use your own wordprocessor program to view the
  17.     file and use that program's search facility to look for your names.

  19.               If you find an entry of interest to you and if you decide to
  20.     write to the person who submitted that entry, please remember to write
  21.     that you found their name and address in the UK Marriage Witness
  22.     Index.

  25.     hobby, the more information that YOU send about YOUR family, the more
  26.     information you are likely to receive in return. And don't forget to
