  2.                     Getting Started With Your NQF Diskette
  3.  
  4.          The NQF query file is  in standard ASCII text and can be read
  5.          by using TextView, QueryScan or virtually any commercial word
  6.          processor.

  8.          To  read  an  NQF  file  with  TextView,  simply  select  the
  9.          appropriate listing from  the  Contents window.  You can also
  10.          include  a  filename at the DOS prompt [VIEW filename].   You
  11.          can  search  the  file  by selecting the  search / next match
  12.          options from the menu.

  14.          To  read  the  NQF  query  file  found  on  this  disk  using
  15.          QueryScan, type the  letter  Q  at  the  DOS prompt and press
  16.          ENTER.  QueryScan treats the file as a database  and  employs
  17.          many  database-like  features.   When using QueryScan for the
  18.          first time, read the  documentation,  accessed  from the menu
  19.          bar at the top of the screen.

  21.          Although  NQF query files are in ASCII format,  QueryScan  is
  22.          not  designed  to  read other files and may not work properly
  23.          with them.
