  34.       THE WALL STREET TRACKER

  36.       The Wall Street Tracker works using technical analysis and the
  37.       momentum of the market to determine when to buy or sell stocks.
  38.       It analyzes key indices for each major exchange to determine when,
  39.       to buy, sell, or hold stocks.  The program compares three moving
  40.       averages against each other, and then compares each moving average
  41.       to the current price.  You can also change the moving averages to
  42.       look at different "what if" results based on diverse criteria.

  47.       The Mutual Fund Tracker works using technical analysis and a Mutual
  48.       Fund Composite Average, in conjunction with other key indices, to

  51.       average to the current price.  You can change the moving averages
  52.       to look at different "what if" results based on diverse criteria.

  54.       1991 you would have seen a gain of 47.00%.  For 1992 you would have
  55.       seen a gain of 9.62%.  In 1993 you would have seen a gain of 23.78%.

  94.   **  Campbell's Soup  --  On January 25, 1991 the program issued a buy
  95.       signal for the NYSE.  Looking then at the stocks on the NYSE,
  96.       Campbell's was signaling buy at $60 a share.  A sell signal was
  97.       issued for Campbell's on May 31, 1991 at $77.75.  A gain of 29.58%.
  98.       The stock has since split 2 for 1.

  100.   **  HMO America  --  On January 25, 1991 the program issued a buy signal
  101.       for the NASDAQ.  Looking then at the stocks on the NASDAQ, HMO America
  102.       was signaling buy at $6.25 a share.  A sell signal was issued for HMO
  103.       America on April 19, 1991 at $14.50.  A gain of 132.00%.

  105.   **  SPI Pharmaceutical  --  On January 25, 1991 the program issued a buy
  106.       signal for the AMEX.  Looking then at the stocks on the AMEX, SPI was
  107.       signaling buy at $11 a share.  A sell signal was issued for SPI on
  108.       March 22, 1991 at $18.25.  A gain of 65.91%.

  113.   **  October, 1987 -- The Thursday before the stock market crashed, 
  114.       The Mutual Fund Tracker issued a sell signal.  A buy signal was
  115.       not issued again until 1988, after the markets had stabilized and
  116.       started an upward trend.

  118.   **  1988 through 1989 -- In mid-1988 another sell signal was issued
  119.       before the market again headed south.  Another buy was signaled
  120.       in early 1989 after the markets had stabilized.  A sell signal
  121.       was in effect again in late 1989 before a severe market decline,
  122.       and again, a buy signal was not issued until the markets had
  123.       stabilized and started up.

  125.   **  August 10, 1990 -- During the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, a sell
  126.       signal was issued before the market plummeted.  For the year
  127.       ending 1990, The Mutual Fund Tracker out performed 68% of all
  128.       professional fund managers.

  131.       went to war.  The markets had again stabilized and started their
  132.       march into record territory.

  136.       with volatile swings downward after gradual gains.

  139.       Tracker Composite Average, turned positive and another buy signal
  140.       was issued.  The program correctly predicted that the market would
  141.       reach new highs after the presidential election.
