  9.         First, let me apologize if this version does not fit your 
  10.         needs, and offer my assistance if possible.  The 1099 part
  11.         of QForm currently works with QuickBooks 2.0 for DOS only.  
  12.         If you are interested in a version for QB4W, please leave 
  13.         me an e-mail.  If I get sufficient interest in the next week,
  14.         I'll buy the Windows version and write that one as well.

  17.         If you use QuickBooks for accounts payable check writing, or
  18.         QuickPay for payroll, you need QFORM from Premiere Software!
  19.  
  20.         Simply put, QFORM prints W2's and 1099's for you.  It's a
  21.         tedious job and your only alternative is to type the forms 
  22.         yourself.  Especially frustrating is the fact that QuickPay
  23.         has no single report that gives you employee name and address,
  24.         social security number, gross pay, and deductions.  You have
  25.         to look through screens manually and gather the number.

  27.         Premiere Software to the rescue with QFORM!  You can print
  28.         either continuous form dot matrix or separate sheet laser
  29.         forms.  The forms are readily available at office supply
  30.         stores everywhere, or you can order forms right along with
  31.         QFORM!

  44.        QForm version 2.O is a shareware product. It may be freely copied
  45.        and distributed for evaluation as long as 1.) all files and
  46.        documentation are not modified in any way, and 2.) a copy of this
  47.        documentation is provided with the program, and 3.) no charge,
  48.        other than a media and handling charge when copied, and 4.) users
  49.        of this program purchase a license for its use.

  54.        from a public domain/shareware software distributor, you have paid
  55.        the media and handling charges as permitted above.  You have not
  56.        purchased a license or registered this product with Premiere Soft-
