  81. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  84. The DigiCard package is defined as containing all the material listed in the
  85. distributed files section (above). If any files listed in the distributed files
  86. section are missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is
  87. forbidden. Please contact the author to obtain a complete package suitable for
  88. distribution.

  90.     * The program plus all related program files and documentation (listed
  91.       in the distributed files section) CANNOT be modified in any way and
  92.       must be distributed as a complete package, without exception.
  93.       Although the author distributes DigiCard in one zip file, the
  94.       distributor may repackage DigiCard across several compressed files
  95.       to facilitate distribution or downloading.
  96.  
  97.     * Individual users and nonprofit organizations are encouraged to freely
  98.       copy the DigiCard package and share it with others. 
  99.  
  100.     * No price or other compensation may be charged for the DigiCard
  101.       package. A distribution fee may be assessed for the cost of the
  102.       diskette and/or shipping and handling. The total cost per disk may
  103.       not exceed US $10.00. On-line services such as bulletin boards and
  104.       CompuServe may distribute DigiCard regardless of membership fees and
  105.       connect charges.

  107.     * Whenever DigiCard is advertised in a catalog, flyer, or any
  108.       advertising medium, the distributor is asked to send the author a
  109.       copy of the advertisement. Distributor is required to update the
  110.       author whenever the advertisement changes.
  111.  
  112.     * The person or institution receiving a copy of the DigiCard package
  113.       MUST be made aware that each disk or copy is for evaluation ONLY and
  114.       that the author has not received any royalties or payment for the
  115.       product. This requirement can be met in part or in whole by including
  116.       the complete unaltered program package.
  117.  
  118.     * The person receiving a copy of the DigiCard package MUST be made 
  119.       aware that he or she does not become a registered user until the
  120.       author has received payment for registration of the software. This
  121.       requirement can be met, in part or in whole, by including the 
  122.       complete unaltered DigiCard package.
  123.  
  124.     * The author prohibits the distribution of outdated versions of the
  125.       DigiCard package. If the version you have is over twelve (12) months
  126.       old, please contact the author for a free upgrade. This version was
  127.       released on March 15, 1994.

  129.     * Upon notification from the author, the distributor must immediately
  130.       stop selling/distributing copies of the DigiCard package.
  131.  
  132.     * U.S. Government Information: Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  133.       U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
  134.       package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to 
  135.       commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii)
  136.       of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 
  137.       252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013). The contractor/manufacturer is
