PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
-------------------
Profit Plan combines Service Billing, Accounts Payable, General Ledger,
and Payroll modules to form a flexible and detailed accounting system.
Budgeting is also included in the General Ledger module. Any module
can be used separately from the others or can be used to automatically
update the General Ledger in summary or detail.
The system supports recurring payables, billings, and general ledger
entries and will handle hundreds of companies (assuming sufficient disk
space). Numerous reports may be displayed on screen, saved on disk, or
directed to any of up to 3 printers.
Extensive context-sensitive help is available. Sample data files are
automatically installed, including 2 charts of accounts. The program
also allows for detailed password protection.
