  7.         REQUIREMENTS:
  8.  
  9.         DISP1.EXE should not require more than 640K of RAM, a
  10.         color monitor and appropriate disk-space for data files
  11.         which will vary in size depending on your use. A mouse
  12.         is recommended but not needed.
  13.  
  14.         Although Dispatcher is a DOS program, it can easily be
  15.         run from within MS-Windows, and even 'installed' as an
  16.         Icon. A small file called DISP.EXE accomplishes this
  17.         assuming you have Windows 3.X and sufficient memory.
  18.         NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE VBRUN200.DLL in order to run in the
  19.         Windows environment. If VBRUN200.DLL was NOT with the
  20.         program, please let us know. VBRUN200.DLL must be placed
  21.         in your WINDOWS directory, or whatever directory your
  22.         WINDOWS files are in.

  25.         DESCRIPTION:

  27.         Dispatcher is a program specifically written for Air Freight
  28.         or Courier companies. It will create and maintain a client
  29.         database from your input, create job-data files for each day
  30.         in which you input your job data, do completely automated
  31.         billing of your clients including printing of invoices and 
  32.         envelopes, create reports of various types, trace jobs for you 
  33.         based on a wide variety of search criterion and generally take
  34.         care of everything from dispatching to keeping track of
  35.         directly related expenses.

  37.         It has a 'windows-like' interface with pop-up windows many
  38.         of which can be resized, moved, etc. On-Line help from various
  39.         areas, which may also be printed, many 'error-detection'
  40.         routines to prevent you from inputting bad data, etc.

  72.         INSTALLATION:
  73.         
  74.         An installation program has been included (INSTY.EXE) which
  75.         will create a directory for you, and offer you the option
  76.         to install for Windows use as well. If you expect to use the
  77.         program from within the Windows environment, choose "Y" when
  78.         asked about installing for Windows and the file VBRUN200.DLL
  79.         will then be installed in the directory you specify...it
  80.         MUST be in the directory where you have your WINDOWS program.

  82.         The file INSTYSET.CFG is the setup file for INSTY. It must
  83.         be present with the INSTY.EXE program or INSTY will abort.

  85.         To run INSTY, from the DOS prompt, (when logged onto the drive
  86.         and directory where INSTY.EXE and INSTY.CFG are) type 
  87.         INSTY + [ENTER].
  88.         
  89.         The installation also checks for all files, for valid drive
  90.         and directory names, etc., and will advise you if there is
  91.         a problem.

  93.         To start DISPATCHER, from DOS type DISP1 + [ENTER].

  97.         REGISTRATION & SUPPORT:
  98.         This program is 'shareware'. this means that although it IS
  99.         copyrighted, you are permitted to use, copy and share it as
  100.         desired, EXCEPT: 1.) It MUST be copied IN FULL, with all of
  101.         it's files, including this one. 2.) None of the files may be
  102.         altered in any way, and 3.) No fee may be charged for it, 
  103.         except for a small copying/distribution fee by distributors.
  104.         You are permitted to use this software only for evaluation.
  105.         This version is limited, if you register you will be sent
  106.         a fully-functional version with any other improvements we
  107.         feel should be added. The evaluation period should not 
  108.         exceed 30 days.

  112.         However, If you like the program, and would like to support
  113.         the development of quality, low-cost software such as this,
  114.         you should register it with the author. To register, if you
  115.         have a printer, print the included file INVOICE.DOC, or if
  116.         not, then send your fee to the address below.

  118.         REGISTRATION fee is $50.00. When we receive your fee, we     
  119.         will immediately ship you the newest fully-functional 
  120.         version. We offer full support as well and will try to
  121.         answer any questions or correct any problems you may have.

  123.         Your $50.00 fee is for ONE-SITE use of the program. This 
  124.         means you MAY use multiple copies on multiple computers
  125.         as long as they are at the SAME location.

  127.         Customized version are also available upon written request
  128.         and these rates are much less than you may expect. We can
  129.         add your company name, label or change data-fields to YOUR 
  130.         needs, add features such as password protection, etc. etc.
