  3.      -  If you wish to have RBatch process .TIC Files, then
  4.         you need to unzip the file TIC2DOZ.ZIP that is
  5.         contained in the file EXTRA.ZIP
  6.  
  7.      -  If you are upgrading RBatch from version 2.25 or earlier
  8.         please read the UPDATE.TXT file.
  9.  
  10.      -  If you are installing RBatch for the first time, please read
  11.         RBATCH.DOC for complete program installation instructions.
  12.         The format of the .CFG file is very important!
  13.  
  14.      -  All prompts of RBatch are now contained in an external file
  15.         called MSGFILE.00 - Make sure this file is in the same
  16.         directory as your RBatch configuration file.

  18.         !!!!!! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT OR RBATCH WILL NOT RUN !!!!!!

  21.      -  The file WHATSNEW list fixes and features that have been
  22.         fixed or added.
  23.  
  24.      -  If you use the FakeXfer program for local file posting, that
  25.         program has been updated since release 1.80
  26.  
  27.      -  If you use the CAP2DOZ program, it has been updated since
  28.         release 1.80 - It is a much better program and is a must
  29.         if you wish to do local file posting.  Try it out, you'll
  30.         like it!!

  32.      -  File added to walk you through the local file posting
  33.         process with RBatch.  See LOCALPST.DOC for step by step
  34.         instructions.

  36.      -  MRG1230.ZIP is now included with 2.30 - An old merge was
  37.         included with 2.00 release.

  39.      -  You DO NOT NEED TO USE THE ENCLOSED MERGES to run RBatch!!!
