  8. NEWSplus will over write your existing news files.

  10. to keep the data of the old news files copy a plain
  11. ascii text file to the same directory as newsplus
  12. and rename it to NEWS.TMP. from then on when you update
  13. your news files it will continue with the news file and
  14. keep your existing files.

  20. NEWSplus allows you to add a header to your news files,
  21. If you use Thedraw then you need to save the file with
  22. a maximum line length of 80.
