  16.    o Added idiotproofing routine to shut down LOOPUPS if files exist in 
  17.      work directory when program begins.  
  18.    o Added parameter to SCAN shell to suppress halt and warning of
  19.      outdated SCAN version.
  20.    o Added virus SCAN of unarchived .COM and .EXE uploads.
  21.    o Removed some of LOOPUPS' plentiful redundant code!
