Version 0.99a (beta) - 05/27/93

o Improved ANSI cursor positioning routines.
o Changed program flow to prevent retrieval of .DIZ and .SDI files

o Added internal (non-errorlevel) check for adequate free RAM to
execute SCAN.
o Added idiotproofing routine to shut down LOOPUPS if files exist in
work directory when program begins.
o Added parameter to SCAN shell to suppress halt and warning of
outdated SCAN version.
o Added virus SCAN of unarchived .COM and .EXE uploads.
o Removed some of LOOPUPS' plentiful redundant code!
o Almost certainly introduced additional bugs while making the
above-mentioned modifications.
