  5.         Saratoga Raceway represents many hours of effort on the part of 
  6.         the author and UltraSoft Computer Products. Please register this
  7.         product and support continued development of software from
  8.         UltraSoft to make your personal life and professional pursuits 
  9.         more productive, efficient and enjoyable. Please put yourself in
  10.         our shoes and honor the Shareware (try before you buy) concept, 
  11.         registering this product within 30 days.
  12.  
  13.         You are granted a temporary license to evaluate Saratoga Raceway 
  14.         for a period of 30 days. If it meets your needs and you continue 
  15.         to use it, you must return the registration form provided along
  16.         with the registration fee. Registration is $25.00 for a standard
  17.         personal license for operation on one computer system, be it 
  18.         single or Multi Node operation, DesqView compatible or not.

  21.         Please sign the order form herein, acknowledging your acceptance
  22.         of the these terms and forward it to UltraSoft at the address
  23.         indicated below, along with your Registration Fee.

  25.         Saratoga in it's current form is fully functional as a door. However, 
  26.         some restrictions do apply. Only 5 races can be run by each caller in
  27.         a single day. With Registration you will receive a Registration File 
  28.         on diskette, which will convert the program for you and open up full 
  29.         control of the game to the Sysop. If applicable, you will also receive 
  30.         the latest version available of the program at the time your order is 
  31.         received, with the possibility of new enhancements and features.
  32.  
  33.         Registration also entitles you to free upgrades when they are released. 
  34.         The only costs you are subject to at that time are costs of media and 
  35.         handling if you order directly from UltraSoft, or you may download the
  36.         latest version from your favorite BBS, CompuServe or GEnie, applying
  37.         your Registration File to the new release for full control as before.
  38.         
  39.         Payments should be made in the form of a check or money order,
  40.         (please do NOT send cash!). Foreign orders must be in U.S. funds drawn 
  41.         on a U.S. bank.
