bhDice War
bhFor Synchronet
ch Dice War is a Single/Multi-player game I've been working on to take
advantage of the Multi-Node environment of the Synchronet BBS software. It's a
fairly simple yet entertaining game. It also features a chat between the
players of the game (bhwhich may soon extend to the nodes of the BBSch).
Game Play: To begin, you need to bhJch)oin the game, if there is
currently a game in progress, you will receive a message "bhWaiting to enter
gamech", once there is an open spot in the current game, you will
immediately be placed in the game. Once you are in the game, the "Roller"
(bhthe current holder of the dicech) will make a bet (bhin K of transfer
pointsch). He then rolls the dice, and the dice are then passed to the next
player. The next player then has the option of either bhIch)ncreasing the
bet or just bhRch)olling the dice.
The game continues as such, until all the players have rolled the dice.
The highest roller wins the total pot (bhall the combined betsch) and the
game continues on. At this point you may either bhQch)uit the game or
remain in play.
p
If there are no other people in the game, your opponent will be the
computer, and the game play remains the same. As you've notice, your transfer
points are at stake here, you may win big or lose big or just break even. The
more you bet, the more you have a chance of winning. The game is especially
fun to play against other users. In the case of a tie, the pot will be divided
evenly between the winners (bhin the case of one or two players, nothing will
be lost or gainedch).
The game should constantly change until it's official release. Until then
I would appreciate it if everyone would let me know about any bugs, or any
suggestions/comments about the game.
As always - hyENJOY!
