* Fixed Maintainance bug that zerored out players money
* Droptype in the configuration file is ignored when dropfile
is passed in on the command line (Type is determined by the file)
* Repaired Dropfile handling procedures. Priority is Command line drop
file, Dropfile in current directory, and then the DOS PATH
* Added Support for TRIBBS.SYS Dropfile
* Fixed Problems Reading COM port and Baud rate from DOOR.SYS
- Now searching for number on COMx: line vice looking at location
- Now reading in both Baud and Locked Baud settings, using the higher
of the two (Previously just used Locked Baud setting)
* Fixed Problem getting user name from CHAIN.TXT
* Fixed Problem with Search for DORINFO*.DEF.
- Current Directory searched for DORINF*.DEF
- Global search for DORINFO1.DEF if not found locally
* Fixed Chat Mode Problem of word wrap on every space character

* Fixed Rob the Bank Bug that forced the user into the robbery
