  4. This is the ultimate image editing/paint program for DOS! NeoPaint
  5. includes many powerful features until now found only in programs
  6. costing hundreds of dollars. NeoPaint reads and writes 2, 16 and
  7. 256 color PCX, GIF and TIFF files. It can even convert between
  8. differing formats, colors and resolutions. NeoPaint's beautiful
  9. graphical interface lets you view and edit multiple images in

  27. scaling and excellent halftones on LaserJet and Postscript
  28. printers. Expanded (EMS), extended (XMS) and virtual disk memory
