Then up in front of your eyes pops up this beautifully detailed bee which just seems to hover in the wind! All of a sudden it turns around and takes off, a car passes by in the background. The bee seems to be slightly disorientated and bangs into a bird table and is sent hurtling to the ground looking very dazzled indeed! The graphics contained in this animation of very high standard and the more memory you have available the more of this excellent animation you can see.

DISK2109.DMS Gotta Go Anim [1.5Mb] Its not very often you get to see a 4 minute animation but this one is put together very well indeed! The scene is set with a man walking his dog along a street until they reach City Park only to find it shut! Anyway the dog spots something else of interest in the distance and pursues to runoff with its owner intail! On the way they crash through trashbins, boxes filled with wine glasses and even at one point go underground through a subway and you can hear the sounds of the trains go past! then suddenly they reappear up the other side. By this time the dog owner is now flying in the air! and just as they reach their destination crash!bang!!??wallop!?! the man bangs into a lamp post and the dog in doing something naughty to a fire hydrant!! this animation was made by Alan Pitchel and kept us all amused at PD Soft until the end!

The screen is captivvated by large size lemmins fall out of the sky, then to be shot upon by our friend the Jet Fighter. The lemmins run to t cover but only some make it! Finally one manages to put up his umbrella to float amd then climb back up the mountain. He then takes aim at the Jet Fighter and takes him out! Down hurtles the plane towards the ground and he bomb hatch opens! a missile fies out and zooms pass a lonesome iraqi soldier desperately trying to give himself up! The War head locks onto its target and arrives at a house, this point it stops and hovers, then it knocks on the door. Who is inside but Saddam Hussein himself reading the paper. Army leader or not, his reply to the knock brings about his downfall as the bomb takes its toll. A vicious yet sure reminder of the strife during the events of the Gulf conflict. Shouldnt be missed.

There are many options concerning the deletion of these files. MULTIDOS is an alternative to workbench`s Crossdos which will enable workbench to read and write MSDOS disks.

Gammon1.3 is a computer version of the famous board/dice game back gammon. Isolation is a 2 player puzzle game in which you need to try and move your counter on to different squareswhilst at the same time trying to cut off your opponenet by deleting the squares all around him. MiniPac is an excellent pac man game. Interferon, simular to Dr.Mario. ASD Snake is a nice little game that runs in a window on workbench. Uggo is a shoot'em up in which you move your gun from left to right at the bottom of the screen and shoot numerous strange eyeballs and other wierd creatures floating around above. Dame is an amiga version of the classic boardgame Draughts (also known as checkers). There are four skill levels. One player only. Good graphics. AirAce 2 is a game created using the Shoot'em Construction Kit. You control a biplane and must shoot many waves of enemy aircraft as the game scrolls up screen. Good graphics. Euphorion is a shoot'em up created with Amos in which you control a shuttle and you must blast everything in sight as you hurtle through space.

Columns is as it is named an Amiga version of the console game. The gameplay is very similar to tetris. You have to place blocks so that the various colours line up in rows of three. When this happens the respective colours will clear. Good. Solitaire is a very good amiga version of the one player card game with lots of options and in game help files. Good graphics. CrazyPipes is a game of strategy in which you must line up different sections of pipe so that the water does not spill. Good. DISK3861.DMS (AGA) Abstract Pig [Vivid] Another stunning demo for AGA users. This one includes an excellent opening title screen and a number of great graphical effects. These include a fractal that can be moved around using your joystick and some fish swimming around a fish tank. Good music.
DISK3862.DMS (AGA) Agatha [Sceptic] This AGA demo has a great soundtrack and although it is not too long it includes some excellent graphical effects such as AGA tales which are like plasmas with wave motion. Very good.

DISK3756.DMS JetStrike Demo A flight simulator in which you can pilot a variety of different types of aircraft. The gameplay is of a sideways scrolling nature and the controls are different depending on what aircraft you are piloting. These range from F-14 Tomcats through to Huey helicopters to first world war tri-planes. There are lots of missions in which you must engage in air to air and air to ground attacks or there are also rescue missions as well. A nice touch is the option of air olympics in which you must perform daring stunts against the other player. Excellent.

The basic idea and concept have been heavily influenced by the shareware game Conquest and the Microprose game Civilization. Unfortunately - like all half-realistic simulations and strategy games - Colonial Conquest will reward primitive destructive behavior and colonial instincts without leaving much room for cooperative actions and peaceful living. DISK3782.DMS Space Invasion II A space invaders clone. Much improved on the first version. Nice neat graphics with good little backdrops to keep you happy whilst blasting all the invaders from outer space. Good.
DISK3797.DMS Red Dwarf The game starts off by playing quite a good rendition of the Red Dwarf theme tune which is closely followed by the game. You must pilot the Starbug through space which is littered with dangerous asteroids and meteors which you can blast to pieces. There are power ups to collect as well. Good music.
DISK3798.DMS Dragon Compilation This compilation is comprised of three games, a flight sim, a two player shoot`em up and a one player shoot`em up. DRAGON is a a flight sim with a difference. You are in control of a dragon and you must destroy the other dragon in order to continue to the next level. The game gets increasingly harder as you go along. DRAGON 2 is a two player shoot`em up in which you both control a dragon each and must kill each other. The game is viewed from above. SEWER is an operation wolf style game. Use the mouse to shoot horrible green slimy things coming at you from within the depths of the sewers. Good.

DISK3807.DMS Slime Compactor Your job as the SLIME-COMPACTOR operator is to clear the slime from whichever cities it spreads to. You must be quick for if it is left too long it might mutate into even more virulent forms. To help you as well as the SLIME COMPACTOR you can blast it away with carefully placed bombs and plug its means of escape from the drains - but be quick for who knows what its final form may be. Only when all the slime is erased will Punch be forgiven and be able to emerge from his underground prison and return to his loving family.
DISK3808.DMS Quackers! Aliens have invaded Duck World and have possessed various inhabitants of the planet, including Santa Claus and King Duck. The game has 20 levels split up into 4 worlds. These worlds are Brick City, Christmas Land, Outer Space, and Duck World. On level 5 of each world there is an end of world baddie. In these levels you are given continous fire power to rid the evil aliens. If you destroy the alien in a quick enough time you will recieve a gem, if you collect all 4 gems then defeating King Duck on level 20 will no longer be impossible. Author Michael Pratt.

DISK3829.DMS Tank Combat Is based on the excellent Combat game for that old Atari VCS, only tarted up a bit and with different gameplay variations. Player one controls the tank via a joystick in the joystick port, player two controls the jeep via a joystick in the mouse port. It's really just a case of up, down, left, right and fire. DISK3902.DMS Galaxy Blast You must control a futuristic alien vehicle and skim over the surface of a planet attempting to blast away all enemies whilst trying to free prisoners who are kept captive there. Good graphics.

Greetings to all my freinds and to Tobias Richter for all his help. It does not last long, but it took me over a month to think out the animation path.

You must manouvre your sub marine around the inside of the ship in an attempt to raise her by shooting out certain points inside. The graphics are all 3D and each room can be viewed from almost any perspective. There are many rooms within the ship and the great graphics and gameplay help make this game a worth while challenge. Good.
DISK3909.DMS ToolBox There are three games on this disk. The first is called Toybox. In this game you must move a teddy bear around his toybox in order to destroy all the bad toys by pushing toy blocks into them. Each level is like a maze and if you run into one of the evil toys then it is goodbye teddy. Good graphics. Bombclear is an Amiga version of the Windows game Minesweeper which is a simple puzzle game involving a certain amount of clever thought. You must uncover squares on a grid without hitting bombs. If you do not a number will appear indicating how many bombs that square is touching. From this you can try to work out the where abouts of each bomb. Good. Killer Tomatoes is a puzzle game in which you are a blue mushroom being chased by a whole load of killer tomatoes. They all move towards you each time you move. The aim of the game is to force the tomatoes into hitting each other. Quite difficult.

DISK3917.DMS Smidge This is a very good platform game. You jump around some very colourful levels collecting various different kinds of power ups as well as money and also jump on the heads of any enemies that you may encounter. Good graphics and gameplay.
DISK3918.DMS Stewards Enquiry Ever played one of those horse racing games on an old 8 bit machine. Well this is just like those. Up to eight players can bet their money on horses which race before your very eyes. You can also buy a stable in the hope of winning the season and gaining prize money. Good.
DISK3919.DMS Minesweeper There are three games on this disk. The main one Minesweeper is a classic puzzle game often found on Windows. You must uncover squares without hitting mines and try to work out the where abouts of the mines and marking them. Arachnid is a solitaire card game which is played with the mouse. It has a good built in help system and a good number of options. Lines is a puzzles game in which which you simply have to draw as many lines as possilbe. However the drawing of these lines must comply with a certain set of rules laid out at the beginning. Good.
DISK3920.DMS Timeless Empire v1.1 A text adventure in which you can vertually decide the result yourself. You can not go wrong at all. Your desiscions simply change the lines of the story rather than affecting the result. A bit like a choose your own adventure book. Quite good.

DISK3930.DMS Caffeine Free This shoot'em up has excellent graphics and an addictive gameplay. You must take on various attack waves, which become increasingly difficult, until all you energy has been reduced to nothing. Very good.
DISK3931.DMS Olmpiad (AB) A cross between track and field and lemmings. You must take control of a lemming and guide him through many different events such as swimming, rowing and even chariot racing. The game play is surprisingly tricky as the whole game is controlled using the two mouse buttons. The graphics are quite good and the gameplay is addictive although difficult. Good.

First you need to position your launch pad so that you have a clear strip of space above you then you must launch the missile which you can then control by moving it from left to right or by firing the rocket boosters to speed it up. Once you have navigated your missile through the meteor and bomb filled space you must try and hit a flying saucer at the top of the screen. Good graphics and good original gameplay.
DISK3934.DMS AmigaMUD [HD] The AmigaMUD system is a software system for the Commodore Amiga line of computers which implements a MUD (Multi-User-Dungeon). MUDs have existed on various computers for about 20 years, usually run at universities on networked computers. In a typical MUD, several people connect to the system at the same time and interact by typing in messages and commands to the MUD. MUDs are usually set up somewhat like text adventures, in that they contain a small world in which the players can explore, solve puzzles, etc. MUDs add to the adventure the possibility of interaction, within the world, of the various players. Players can talk to others in the same location; they can cooperate in solving puzzles; they can compete in improving their characters or personnas; they can engage in combat, etc. Requires use of the Lha command which is provided, also requires a hard drive with 3Mb of space.
DISK3935.DMS Arachnid Cards v1.1 The object of the game is to build a stack of cards in the same suit from King to Ace and remove the stack from the table to the stacks above. When all eight stacks have been built and removed, you have won the game. A more challenging version of this is to leave all eight stacks on the table until done instead of removing those that are complete to the stacks above.

DISK3984.DMS Insane [Despair] Well this is a very typical Amiga demo. It is comprised of a hell of a lot of vector graphics (tunnels, balls and boxes etc) and a heavey soundtrack and not much else. Not very original but nevertheless quite watchable.
DISK3985.DMS EMT Design [Hard Day] A demo with a wide variety of features. The demo starts off with a short but well drawn cartoon animation and then goes on to include effects such as fractals, raytraced stills, and even an interactive section involving the flow of water from a tap. Good.
DISK3991.DMS Polka Brothers [Grevalia] This is quite a short demo which displays some original effects in time to a speedy soundtrack. There are some cartoon graphics mixed in with vectors and still graphic. Good.
DISK3998.DMS Complex [Seduction] (AB) This time complex have gone for a music demo which has about eight tracks which can be selected from a very imaginative menu. Good.

DISK4004.DMS Delon [Final Condom] A good demo with all the usuall effects and tricks. The music is what makes this one stick out. The main tune is a hip hop groove (full lirics) and the closing titles are accompanied by a rendision of Maxx's Getaway. Very good.
DISK4005.DMS Beton [Rumble Bubble] This demo is quite good. The demo is built up of short routines based, mainly, around 3D and ray traced objects. Also there is a good spinning tunnel routine. Good music. Good.

DISK3784.DMS Zam Issue 4 [Zircon 94] Zircon`s Amiga Magazine has everything you would expect. There are a lot of jokes, a lot of laughs, some serious issues and a lot of amiga related stuff. The graphics are good and there is a nice background tune to go with them. What makes the magazine stand out is the way that you can reply to articles. Whilst reading an article you can, at any time, select reply and type all your views in and save them. The idea is that you then send the magazine back and it all helps with the next issue. Good.

All the normal selections are available for easy article reading and other things such as turning off the music. There is a wide range of articles included covering all sorts of topics. Everything ranging from silly word games to serious articles both Amiga related and other sorts of consumer advice. Good.

There are many articles which apart from the scene cover opinions, party news, all kinds of reviews, interviews, consoles, coding and many others. Also included is the more light hearted humorous side. Good graphics, well presented. Good.

DISK3922.DMS SFI-FI Slideshow II An interesting set of pictures scanned from several classic science fiction film artwork. These include Day of the Triffids, The Mummy, When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth and many many more. The slideshow is accompanied by a nice little soundtrack as well.
