  3. renaming, and deleting using drag/drop method,
  4. mouse clicks, or hotkeys. Icons Control even 
  5. displays icons inside DLL and EXE files
  6. and extracts them to ICO format. BMP files
  7. can also be converted to ICO files (and vice
  8. versa.) Furthermore, any portion of the 
  9. screen can be captured into an icon or bitmap.
