  3. This is my first porting of SOX SOund eXchanger to DOS.
  4. I have only minimally tested it.  It seems to work ok.
  5. The executable is named 'soxdos.exe'.
  6.  
  7. This is SOX version 10.0.  This port should be completely clean.
  8. It knows how to handle many sound file formats.
  9. It was compiled using Borland C++ 3.0 running under os/2 2.1.
  10. Incidentally, I didn't bother to test it under plain dos.

  12. Please read 'CHEAT' and 'HINTS'.  It will give you more info
  13. about individual conversions.  Read 'sox.txt' for complete
  14. descriptions of command line options.
