  4. Copy te files RUN.EXE into your Windows NT directory. This app requires
  5. the file CTL3D32.DLL (Version 2.05 or later) to run. This file must exist 
  6. in the Windows NT system directory (i.e \WINNT\SYSTEM32 ).

  8. This app was designed to give the same functionality as the
  9. menu item - <File><Run> in the Program Manager. I just 
  10. through it together so it's a dirty way of starting a
  11. program. It works great for starting install programs. I 
  12. found myself going to program manager a lot to use the
  13. Run command, so I wrote this simple utility. Just put it in
  14. a directory somewhere and assign an icon for it in IconBar.

  16. I will update this program in the future to make it a little
  17. more versatile.

  19. This app is a 32bit Windows NT app. I never tested it under 
  20. the Win32s. It should work!
