  5. Introduction:
  6. Loader is a very flexible program to load and change your
  7. Wallpaper and Sounds.  We designed this program to be powerful
  8. but easy to use (We hope this is true).  The Loader for Windows 
  9. program consists of two modules:  Loader and Loader Runner.  
  10. This program is shareware.  For more info, please read the help 
  11. file.  Tested with Windows 3.1. Please distribute widely.

  13. Modules:
  14. 1.  Loader allows you to configure the various options 
  15. associated with Wallpaper and Sound such as assigning BMP and 
  16. WAV files, selecting the sound player, Load Now option, 
  17. sorting, etc.

  19. 2.  Loader Runner does the actual loading and changing of 
  20. Wallpaper and Sound when it is ran.  It is suggested that you 
  21. put it in the Startup Group of the Program Manager.  It 
  22. executes, does its job, and disappears without taking precious 
  23. resources.

  25. Registration:
  26. Loader is a shareware program.  Notice that there are no nag 
  27. screens nor disabled options.  If you find it useful, please do 
  28. register as this encourage us to develop more useful programs. 
  29. Registration is only US $5.00.  Site licenses are negotiable.  
  30. Please include your name, address, and tel/fax number.  If this 
  31. is too expensive, do contact us.  The benefit of registration 
  32. is clear conscience.  Nevertheless, if you have any comments 
  33. (especially bug reports) or questions, do contact us.

  54. Files that come with Loader:
  55. LOADER.EXE
  56. LDRUNNER.EXE
  57. LOADER.HLP
  58. README.TXT
  59. LOADER.INI

  61. Methods:
  62. 1.  You need the file VBRUN200.DLL (Visual Basic run-time file) 
  63. in your Windows directory (\WINDOWS or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM) since 
  64. this is a Visual Basic program.  You can get it from where you 
  65. obtain Loader.
  66. 2.  The first four files should be installed in their own 
  67. directory (such as C:\WINUTIL\LOADER).
  68. 3.  Attach LOADER.EXE icon to a Group in Program Manager 
  69. (easiest way is to drag and drop from File Manager).
  70. 4.  Attach LDRUNNER.EXE icon to the Startup Group in Program 
  71. Manager.
  72. 5.  Start Loader and configure the options to your hearts 
  73. content.  When you quit from Loader for the first time with 
  74. changes, LOADER.INI will be created in your Windows directory. 
  75. The alternative way is to copy the include LOADER.INI file to 
  76. the Windows directory.
