  1. COMTxx.QM contains macros to comment and un-comment lines, blocks,
  2. paragraphs, macros, C programs, and dBase lines. Also has macros to insert
  3. and delete text at beginning of lines or blocks, macro to speed up batch
  4. file running, and macros to make and remove boxes surrounding text with any
  5. desired border.
  6.
