  1. rend.exe is a program for the IBM PC which allows PAF data to be split
  2. so that the original PAF data has a subset of that data in a new directory.
  3.  
  4. The original data is not altered.
  5.  
  6. The functions of the program are essentially three (3):
  7.     1) Make a subset of the PAF data,
  8.     2) Allow for altering "names" for the new data.
  9.        (ie. making the first letter a capital letter, etc.), and
  10.     3) Listing all RINS and MRINS where a "name" is referenced.
