  11. Ok. This trainer is only for the EGA and VGA modes. When the trainer loads,
  12. none of the toggles are enabled. It is probably best if you turn on all of
  13. the toggles (3,4,5...0, - and =) at the main menu when the game loads up.
  14. The escape to next level option lets you die and still continue on to the
  15. next level.
