  4. Since the first component releases, support for exceptions was added,
  5. and a new 'UserStarts' property is introduced.

  7. In order to add the component to the Delphi VCL Library, you must first
  8. copy the MAGIC.DLL into the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory (otherwise Delphi
  9. will not be able to find the DLL after recompilation, and will give you
  10. the error message "Cannot Open Component Library").
