  10.        Here we are with yet another Relic pack. Not a WHOLE
  11.          lot happened this month, so the NFO file should be
  12.          pretty shorth this time around. lets get right down
  13.          to it, shall we?
  14.

  16.        Probably the biggest news this month is the viewer.
  17.          Greater Evil added .BiN support with VGA mode scrolling
  18.          in all directions. It uses Sauce to determin the width
  19.          of the bin image, and will ask for the width if the .bin
  20.          is not sauced. Also added this month are 2 new viewing
  21.          modes, 320 Wide and 640 wide. If you are dense and don't
  22.          know what those are, they are the VGA versions of the 50
  23.          line mode that all those Euro dudes love. =)
  24.          He also fixed a lot of bugs in ansimation mode by
  25.          Completely rewriting his ansimation parser. Yet another
  26.          new addition this month is the .cfg file which will save
  27.          your default masks, starting resolution, etc etc. Lastly,
  28.          for those of you who didn't pick up RV220.ZIP, all the
  29.          known RiP bugs were fixed, and a few we didn't know about.

  32.        Although our VGA department had a fairly good showing this
  33.          month, it suffered a hard hit in the form of computer
  34.          crashes. Both Dr. Love and Band Saw suffered major 'puter
  35.          problems before they had the chance to backup any of their
  36.          work. As much as this sucks, nothing could be done about
  37.          it except say 'Fuck' and move on. Also FTL decided to
  38.          dabbel in the realm of coding this month and produced RGV:

  42.        In VGA related news, Manix come over from Stone this month,
  43.          then shortly went out of town. i do NOT know if the .PCX
  44.          from him included in this pack is completed or not, but i
  45.          wanted him to be represented in the pack. If it isn't done
  46.          you shall see a completed pic in the next pack.

  56.       Felt like adding a little sumthing to the info this month. 
  57. Nothing special, 4:59 am and 100% caffinated... Some of you little 
  58. pisswads seem to think that there is some form of art connected 
  59. to regurgitating comics... reality check... there isnt.  
  60. But hey, if you wanted to look at ansi comics (for some reason).. 
  61. go for it...just don't pretend you actually know what you are 
  62. talking about when it comes to originality... If you can't appreciate 
  63. someone's talent..novice or expert (there really is _NO_ difference 
  64. when we are talking art)... You obviously should be grabbing the 
  65. the latest comic filled pack... or just pay for the comic
  66. and at least be giving the real artist something for his talents.

  69.       offended anyone.. then fuck you, you should be dragged out into
